How this works: this is not an AI chatbot — there is no model call and nothing leaves your
browser. It parses your question, matches it to exact names on the live board, and computes the
answer from the same public data and the same math the Trade Desk uses.
It never guesses a player who isn't on the board.

What Alpha can answer
- Rank / rating lookups — "what's Cam Coleman's rank", "how good is Jeremiah Smith", "Justice Haynes alpha rating".
- Metrics / production — "metrics for Jeremiah Smith", "Arch Manning stats", "Justice Haynes comps", "buzz on Jared Curtis".
- Leaderboards — "top 5 freshmen by Y/RR", "top 10 WR by target share", "best TEs by dominator", "top QBs by EPA", "worst RBs by catch rate". Filter by position (QB/RB/WR/TE), cohort (freshman/veteran), or tier, and rank by any public metric — production, efficiency (Y/RR, target share, YPTPA, yards per team play, aDOT, dominator, catch rate, EPA), recruiting, or size. Direction is automatic (Y/RR high is good; a missing metric is flagged, never faked).
- Buzz — "buzz on <player>" (Buzz Index 0–5, heat label Hot / Warm / Quiet / Negative news, recent headlines), "who’s rising" / "top buzz" (positive-only movers this week — negative news never counts as hype), and full-text search of the headlines: "search buzz for injury", "buzz mentioning <team/topic>". Live daily data from Alpha Buzz.
- NFL projections — "projected points for <player>", "projected PPG for <player>", "top projected RB". 2026 ratified projections, 6-pt passing TDs.
- NFL depth / role — "who’s the WR1 for BUF", "<team> depth chart", "<player>’s role". Projection-derived role (by projected PPG) — a projected view, not an official depth chart.
- Trade evaluation — "Player A for Player B", or "who wins: Player A and Player B for Player C". Uses the exact same value math as the Trade Desk, so the numbers will always match.
- Compare two players — "compare X vs Y" or "X vs Y" shows both cards side by side without summing a trade.
- Names must match the live board. Misspell one and Alpha will suggest the closest real names — it will never invent a player.
